Two Latin words we chose to connect simplex which is "simple" and terra meaning "Earth". We chose these two to bring a connection to a goal we would like to achieve. Keeping things simple and staying to our roots.
Simplex is intended to be taken daily prior to working out but not recommend to take more than one serving per day.
Results may vary but simplex averages around 5-20 minutes to take effect.
